Trauma, Grief, and Life Transitions Counseling in Greensboro for Children, Teens, and Adults.

I obtained my Master’s in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2017. As a Graduate with High Distinction, I am committed to offering the best possible experience to counseling. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, which is granted by the Board for Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors (LCMHC). In addition, I am recognized as a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Nationally Certified Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. I also specialize in Grief/Loss/Bereavement. In addition to trauma and loss knowledge, I am also a Facilitator of Prepare Enrich, which is a program designed to help couples enrich their relationships. For the last six years, I have served individuals with diverse issues including bereavement, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transition issues.

With this eclectic approach, I draw from developmental, family systems, and experiential theories. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy informed care, and Play Therapy informed care to address client needs.
